MDB Award Entry RulesEligibility 1. Location: Kent County or its surrounding seven counties including: Ottawa, Muskegon, Montcalm, Newaygo, Ionia, Barry, and Allegan. 2. Project Parameters:
3. If more than one participant has submitted a nomination for the same project, GVMC may ask that nominees to combine their interest to become one nominee 4. Additional information may be requested by judging committees. 5. References and/or endorsements are required. Entry Deadline All entries must be submitted by March 7, 2008. Entry Requirements All applicants are asked to submit the attached entry form, which consists of three sections. Section I asks for general information on you and your entry, and contains a checklist for you to identify the award category(ies) applicable to your entry. Section II asks for you to describe why your entry is deserving of a Metropolitan Development Blueprint Award. Section III asks for information on three (3) independent references (including name, address, telephone number, and fax number) for your entry. In addition to the entry form, applicants should submit supporting documentation as necessary, such as photographs, video tapes, written materials (e.g., an evaluation of the outcomes of the project, project literature, site plans, minutes, maps, press releases, copies of state or local policy), and any other information that may assist program judges in make award decision.
