Contact Gayle McCrath with questions. As Called by the Chair Contact Gayle McCrath with questions. LGROW DIP Committee. DIP stands for Data, Information and Procedures. It generally meets at 10:30 a.m. every other 3rd Wednesday of the month at East Grand Rapids city offices. The Committee is currently chaired by John Koches of GVSU AWRI (kochesj@gvsu.edu). LGROW PAM Committee. PAM stands for Public Awareness and Marketing. It is currently undergoing reassignments from LGROW and will be establishing ongoing meeting times. The committee is currently chaired by Gary De Kock of City of Grand Rapids Environmental Protection Services (gdekock@ci.grand-rapids.mi.us). LGROW Board of Directors. Consists of all seated board members of LGROW. Meets quarterly at 3:00 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of the month at GVMC. The next meetings for 2012 will be April 19, July 19 and October 18. The Board of Directors is currently chaired by Brian Donovan, City Manager of East Grand Rapids (bdonovan@eastgr.org). LGROW Executive Committee. Consists of 4 board officers and 3 additional members of each of the three membership groups (water manager, sub basin rep, Grand River Forum rep). Meets at 3:00 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of each month which does not include a full board meeting. The Executive Committee is currently chaired by Brian Donovan, City Manager of East Grand Rapids (bdonovan@eastgr.org). NPDES Phase II Subcommittees. Various activities are reqiured for stormwater permit compliance under Phase II of the NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System). These include: Storm Water Education, Municipal Training and Ordinances & Strategies. These meetings are conducted on an as needed basis.
