Virtual LGROW Annual Grand River Spring Forum

The Lower Grand River Organization of Watersheds (LGROW) is pleased to announce their 17th Annual Spring Forum, featuring a morning of conversation surrounding Watershed Resiliency. The Grand River Watershed is facing threats similar to other watersheds across the state, from shifting population densities in communities to weather-related disasters for farmers. This event will showcase information on key issues and allow participants to discuss the findings.

For the safety, health, and well-being of those joining us for the 2020 Grand River Spring Forum on May 8, we have decided to move this event to an online platform.

We realize that nothing can replace the value of a face-to-face gathering, but we don’t want to miss this opportunity to showcase new projects, research, and partnerships that affect everyone in the Grand River Watershed.

LGROW has partnered with GVSU’s Making Waves Initiative in designing a virtual Spring Forum to be released on Friday, May 8, 2020, that will give registrants access to information on key issues and to discuss findings regarding this year’s topic: Watershed Resiliency. Please encourage others to register for this event, as our organizations are committed to providing information about significant and emerging water issues.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we look forward to delivering important information about the Lower Grand River Watershed. We are excited to offer hope and inspiration, and celebrate our achievements in the watershed with you. More information regarding the virtual event will be communicated to you in the coming weeks. All updates will also be posted on our webpage: www.lgrow.org/spring-forum
