Pavement conditions (1998) as recorded by the GVMC’s pavement management program are shown in map above.  This program reviews the condition of major transportation roadways periodically to assess their condition and help with prioritizing projects. 

Pavement conditions deteriorate at varying rates from the day they are installed, and over a 25 year period, it should be assumed that they will need to be rehabilitated or reconstructed at least once during that time, even if traffic does not increase or change.
