• Proposed industrial developments adjacent to 3 Mile Road,

• A proposed industrial development north of the Grand River and west of Wilson Avenue, and

• A new Grandville public school is proposed for the northeast corner of the Wilson Avenue/Hall Street intersection.

• A proposed Meijer’s and ancillary commercial development similar to the development at East Beltline and Knapp Street in the southwest corner of M-45 and Wilson Avenue
