The City of Walker is a member of the new ITP, formerly GRATA.  Two transit routes, 7 and 9, currently exist within the City (map above).  No other need or desire for improved public transit service was expressed during meetings, interviews or comments received during the Study. Specialized transportation service providers within the City of Walker at present include:

• American Cancer Society,

• American Red Cross,

• Go!Bus,

• Hope Network, and

• Mommy Drives.

No car pool lots presently exist within the City.  No interest in constructing them was expressed during meetings, interviews or comments during the Study.
