Existing and proposed commercial, industrial, school and other major traffic generators, are shown in map above.  Proposed new or potential facilities include:

• Proposed commercial development immediately to the south of Rivertown Crossings mall, and

• A proposed new Grandville public school to the southwest of the intersection of 56^th Street and Ivanrest Avenue.
