Draft FY2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Open for Public Comment

The draft FY2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is complete! This document describes federally funded transportation projects for the next four years and includes feedback received from the public and stakeholders, information on the TIP development process and financial plan, the Project Distribution Analysis, and the Air Quality Conformity Analysis.   

The public is invited to comment on the draft TIP and the corresponding Project Distribution Analysis at the following meetings:
