TIP Amendment for KCRC for their Myers Lake Ave/10 Mile Rd Roundabout as an addendum to the project amendments found in the July 16th Joint Tech/Policy Committee Meeting Agenda
Kent County Road Commission has requested to add advance construct funding for potentially unutilized FY25 urban funds and/or obligation authority from August redistribution into their Myers Lake Avenue/10 Mile Road roundabout project up to and not to exceed $488,749, which is the amount of federal funding unutilized in three of their other FY25 projects due to bid savings. Also being added are surplus Carbon Reduction funds and STP Flex funds, and CMAQ funds being flexed from their 84th and Cherry Valley project that will be delayed to align with MDOT’s M-37 project schedule. All of these will contribute to the participating project cost change that requires a federal amendment to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). See below for details.
